'97 SXR50 ?'s

I'm looking at an older '97 sxr50. It's missing the fenders but appears fairly clean otherwise in the pics (we'll see how clean it turns out to be in person). My questions are if the plastics are interchangeable with newer models and if there is anything in particular to look for on this model? Thanks for the help!

we ran a 99 pro jr about 3 yr ago and had a rough time getting parts especially clutches that worked properly

also people currently running 50 bikes where not running them that long ago so info and support will be tough to get

i would hold off for a way more current model

parts for the 99 pro jr are pretty much only available through the stealership now and really expensive considering its a dinosaur and not very competitive with more modern 50 bikes
