It's cool from a fabrication/craftsmanship standpoint. I don't know why you would want to put low-performance beginner trailbike engine into a motocross chassis. The

CR125 will absolutuely dust the XR250.

For low-performance trail-riding, that is why. I would love to have my xr200 engine in a cr chassis. It would be a great putt-putt bike in the woods.

to the op, we need better pictures!

yeah, as far as low performance woods bike, what about Dwight Rudder winning on those xr's? you can get loads of power from an xr, the handling/suspension issues of the xr250/200 are gone with this conversion. then its becomes all about the rider.

rider example, i had this friend that had an old tm400 with fox airs on the rear and reworked front forks, he signed up for a HS in the early eighties with all these guys on NEW high performance race bikes, they were literally laughing at poor Cass. well, after the race was over those same guys were congratulating him on his overall win. i dont remember the margin but i can tell you this, he had dressed down and his bike loaded up before the next rider came in.
