Setup help? Never tried this before

I keep seeing everyone saying that suspension makes the biggest difference in the bike and realized I've never even touched mine. It most likely needs some adjusting because I only weigh 130. Not trying to race or anything I just like to have fun with whatever I can find at riding parks and whatnot. The bike is a KX 125 that the guy was setting up to race and for the most part feels good to me, but it could be just because I've got used to it? Anyway if theres a general set up for a lighter rider then I'd love to know

the best place for you would be get some lighter fork and shock springs in it for a 130lb guy.
