That bike has 13" or 330mm of rear wheel travel. Static sag should be about 11% of travel so approx 36mm is correct. Rider sag should be about 33-34% of rear travel so 108-112mm should work well. You should service your suspension 1 or 2 times a year depending on how much you ride.

you should service your shock after 30-40 hours.

after 10 hours the shock lost a good part of performance,for maximum performance you must service often but for normal race-fun use i think around 40 hours is a good compromise
