Take the exhaust apart and lay it flat on a bench (dent down). Slide a large diameter pipe inside it. Pick the exhaust up with the pipe inside it and slam the exhaust and pipe down on the bench. Hold the exhaust with one hand and the pipe with the other by the tips of your fingers. I've used this method before and it worked great.

You can check them out from auto zone. You just put down a deposit then you get it all back when you return it. they have lots of specialized tools you can check out, it's a great system.
