Get a tuner like WER to do your revalve. Set your fork springs and shock spring sags correctly for your weight. Valving is for the terrain and riding skill. The correct springs and spring sags are for your weight.

like said above, If you are new to this I would spring it to your lbs and ride. The best method of having suspension tuned to your riding ability is first to know your ability then to know the tuner or person working on the suspension. If its your first re-valve be sure to get some one that will make re adjustments for you to get it dialed in. It was 10-15 years before I really knew what I wanted out of a suspension. read up on the subject.
