I have contacted the TT guys for you. All you needed to do was email them, BTW. Pretty simple.

In the future, it is always better to email as one of the TT guys will get you email. You cannot assmue a moderator or TT management will see your thread. I know I certainly do not read every thread! Then, if after a reasonble period of time, you do not get a response, then a second email or possibly a post like this is warranted. By making a post, the peanut gallery (and not just nutty TT people) are sure to respond enmasse.

I suspect Lumpy is on the money with this.

I've done this. I forgot I had the auto-withdrawal and when I got the email saying my membership was coming due I paid them. Then a few days later the auto-withdrawal kicked in. Makes me feel smart!
