This one doesn't come up that often. I would guess you have smoked some of the clutch plates. Put the bike on a stand and start it up. Pop it into gear. Is it difficult to stop the back wheel from spinning?

UPDATE!!!!!

Started the bike and drove it slowly to warm oil up ready to drop and as soon as i got into 2nd it started to rattle real bad until i put it into 3rd or 1st so it seems a 2nd gear problem

recon I have to split the case?

drain the oil and check for chunks of metal, broken teeth, etc

also you didnt say how it broke down to begin with, that might help us to figure it out

evening team

UPDATE!!!!!!

Well found the problem

The gear box is caput!

Got the engine stripped down by endurotek and found a broken selector fork BUT it wasnt from my current selector forks. It must of had a rebuild and they forgot to take the old broken selector fork piece out and its been jumping arond my gearbox writing all my cogs off :bonk: so now im looking for a new gear box if anybody has one. GUTTED!!!

just thought I'd be nice and keep you all updated merry xmas all
