possible MCL

Last winter when i was snowboarding i was goodfing around and decided to see how far down the mtn i could jump. Well i went a good 15 feet and landed right on top of a rock with my knee cap. I was writhing in pain for a good 20 minutes and finally mustered up the cajones to get down and leave.

Now everytime i do leg lifts the inside of my knee kills for a couple days after my workout. it feels super tight and when i try to stretch it, it just throbs and hurts like hell. i cant even get a full extension on it while stretching either.

I went to the best knee doc in the front range to have a catscan done but it showed nothing. he said if it keeps happening come back and well do an MRI. i think im getting to that point.

Any advice?
