93 WXC360 Engine Rebuild Specs

Recommended Posts

So, I've just about got all the parts together and have begun taking measurments. I notice on the parts diagram that there is a thrust washer on the rotor side of the crank between the crank and the bearing. There are three size choices .3, .4, .5mm and mine had none. So how much free play should be left after the measurement between bearings is determined. There should be some thermal expansion room right. Sure wish I had a shop manual with these specs, I did find a 4 stroke manual that says there should be .4mm left after correct thrust washer is determined.
