jetting for DEP

Recommended Posts

hi all, could anybody tell me some good jetting specs for an 07 250 with a DEP chamber and PC304 silencer. i ride heaps of variety of terrain, from just jumping to mini enduro/trail type spots, mostly about 25-30 degrees, and damn humid. The bike to me seems maybe just a tad too lean from 1/2 throttle to WOT, im running 30/1 mixture, motul 800, air screw is approx 1 turn out, (1 1/4 is standard) idle screw is about 4 turns out from full closed, when the bike idles it gets a sort of POP under decceleration in 1st gear, has a k&n filter, about 15 hrs on a full rebuild.

ive put in 4 plugs so far during service and they come out a good coffee mocha colour as well? so that indicates decent burn happening.

any help would be greatly appreciated, :bonk:
