I had aftermarket clamps to fit my pro-taper fat bars with no issues. These just bolted right up

I bought the pro taper rubber mounts, ordered the rubber killers for the DR-Z from Wheeling Cycle and drilled to fit the pro taper bolts, added CR-Hi fat bars, Renthal Soft grips and Eddies 1/4 turn single cable throttle. Works great, also mounted my Ignition on the right side of the triple.

Doug , I also remounted my key to the right side fork yoke . Have you thought of repositioning the speedo ? It is very simple to reposition and only needs 2 new holes , greg

The Fatbar conversion is a good thing...The stock ones on my 09 SM held up well in my recent fall.....

They are still as straight as,,,,It's just I that got a little bent....:bonk::smirk:
