Got back into dirt after away for 27 years,went riding with a couple guys for the first time here in Missouri,what a blast! The old motocrosser came back pretty quick,can't believe what I've missed all these years,glad to be back...

Oh forgot to mention,last month I purchased a 04 yz250f and a 09yz450f,couldn't make up my mind on which one so got both,.....I grew up racing,I have fond memories of me and dad loading the motorhome and traveling all over the pacific northwest,to the races...it was actually my 11 yo daughter who got me back into it,she saw pics of my racing days and dug up all my trophys and put them up in her room and said "dad I want to learn how to race"....i see a chance for some great memories .....

And things have changed a bit! But this site is catching me up.

Yeah...those memories are great....But the bikes weren't that great when compared to the weapons we ride nowdays....

Technology is appreciated , especially for those of us that rode MX back in the 70's....

Suspension is now kinder to our bodies,

Good to see you back at it and having fun again. I just started riding and racing again after 28 years and Im having so much fun. I know I will never go real fast again but Im having fun just riding. I raced after having my bike two days and won the 45 plus and got a third in 35 plus but I was leading untill I stalled it on the last lap.

Nothing better then spending time with your kids and riding moto.
