1985 Yamaha Big Wheel 200 Jetting question

Recommended Posts

I have a 85 200cc Yamaha big wheel that is all stock except for an aftermarket air filter and no air box. The air filter just hangs off the carb. I have been told that I don't need to re-jet it but in my experience with bikes in the past you need to re-jet any time you mess with that stuff. I have the air screw turned all the way in. My bike pops when I let off the throttle and coast. Don't I need to re-jet my bike?
