Rehab question

Coming out of a year long recovery, what would my fellow riders suggest for getting back on the saddle after a broken hip n leg etc?

Start slow and re gain your confidence on the bike.

I too had to take a complete year off the bike due to injury and my speed came back pretty quick, but it took time to get my timing, agression and confidence back.

More than anything I would focus on getting the fundamentals back to build your confidence.

Focus on your form, balance, coordination and just getting time back on the bike to get back to your old self.

Start small and work forward.
