exercise ideas? tips?

I have been feeling lately like I should be a bit more in shape, especially after stuffing myself for the holidays :bonk: I am 6'4" and weigh about 226 pounds, I try to ride as much as possible but unfortunately it isn't that often. Does anybody have any tips for keeping in shape and keeping motivated to do so? I don't really have a gym that is reasonably priced so that is not my first option or choice... Just looking at some pointers and tips if you have any ideas! thanks

Keeping motivated is the key, try do exercises with a buddy and that are fun, I ride mountain bikes with a racing buddy, we enjoy it and its great for endurance,

Try keep weights down and reps up in the gym, more cardio etc

If you want to improve your riding, strengthen your core, you will be amazed at how much better you will become, and how your fitness and strength will improve

You have already startd your journey to getting in shape, now just follow through and have fun !!
