can i use this oil?

I got some belray exp synthetic 10w40 oil. I was wondering if it is good for both sides? The engine and transmission?

Read the label, anything oilwise that has a moly additive or is labeled as energy conserving in the API service symbol are a no-go for the transmission side. Looks like this

so the 250x has a wet clutch?

Yes, a "wet" clutch means the clutch plates get oil on them.
