if my memory serves me right there is only 1 spacer on the front, goes on the caliper side.

i'd pull the caliper off, tighten wheel. that'll rule out the bearings n such. as you spin wheel with caliper off look for rotor warpage.

if its good then its in the caliper. maybe, look at the amount of free play at ther lever.

my son had once adjusted all the free play out of his rear brakes and that caused the caliper to drag badly.

bleed your caliper too.

did this just start? may be ur bearings arent seated all the way?

when the rotor drags is it dragging on the inside pad or the outside?

yeah thats weird. maybe like i said earlier, its possiblr that your bearing isnt seated all the way or seated too far to the right.

try and push the caliper piston back into caliper, open the zert fitting. put back together with pads see it that helps. mybe someone or some how the front brake lever got pulled with tire off, which would push that too far towards rotor.

That mediafire link didnt work for me.

anyways, reading I think you have the center spacer misaligned causing the bearing to not be seated. I would take it all apart, check the check all bearings are seated. in fact knock one out and recheck the center spacer.

If I'm reading this right, everything was fine in the beginning...you changed out the wheel bearings...now the brake is dragging. Right?

Did you do anything else? Put in new brake pads? Remove the caliper? Anything?

With that said, I've had things like this happen to me before, and it's because I didn't put the parts together correctly (even though I "followed" the manual). My suggestion: Start over. Take everything apart and put it back together again, and follow the diagram in the manual (again). You will find out what you did wrong soon enough.
