Fork Help!

Does anyone know the stock settings on forks for a 2001 yz250 as far as turns out on the rebound and compression screws?? Yesterday i was riding with some friends and hit a rock. After that my forks didnt feel the same. They seemed lower and felt spongy. Every bump felt like i had a flat tire. Can anyone help? Thanks

i don't know your settings,but I'd turn them in and back them out 10 clicks and go in or out after testing them..also you have to bleed the air in your forks at least every ride..when is the last time you changed the fork oil?

have you checked to see if you blew a fork seal?

I dont think so because there was no oil leaking or anything.
