TTR 125 Tuning Question again ;)

Recommended Posts

hi folks,

I`ve got a Problem:

Here near my house in Bavaria there is an area, where You mustn`d ride with bikes more than 125 ccm.

I got a CH Racing 125 which I bought for when my kids may ride streetlegal ( will need some more years), which now waits for use by me.

This CH Racing:wsm125_sparta_black.jpg

is a Husqvarna mix with a Yamaha TTR125 engine.

Now I need some power out of it, but: I don`t want to change the Zylinder/piston, because of my friends in uniform.:smirk:

Well, my question is noch: how much power can I get with a tuning camshaft?

Which one is usefull/rational?

How much does lightening the flywheel benefit or harm trailriding?

The exhaust is another problem with the friends; I`leave it stock.

What about ignition? Much to get?

Thanks for Your ideas.

Well, I would take my TE310 Husky, If the:busted: problem didn`t exist! But as I ever loved our TTR125, I know, there can be much fun with 125ccm, too!

How would they know if you put in a 150cc kit? Other than that you can get a HC piston, carb, cam, filter kit, lighten flywheel, and a cam. Just doing that stuff will add some zipp.
