need to identify a year on my kawi kx 80

just bought the bike. i really don't have a clue on the year thinking around late 80s to early 90s. i know the paint looks like crap. idiot that owned it before me spray painted it. its missing parts obviously (project bike lol)

Look at the vin number.. I'm pretty sure the 10th digit has to do with the year.. Maybe someone else can chime in.. Try looking up how to "decode a vin" on google..

I think it's an 85-86. I've got one like it in the shed somewhere.

there should be a vin otherwise you got yourself a stolen bike ?

it should be the 10th digit in the vin
