Am i slow or is it the go pro

Recommended Posts

So i got a go pro hero cam, took it to a ride park and recorded some bits her and there. When i got home i watched the videos and i looked incredibly slow. But i know im not as slow as shown in the video im on a 85 and was keeping up with the 250's, i dont get it is it just the people at the park and me or does the go pro make you looks slow?

Flickin.

Is it the Wide angle view?

In tight trails with lots of trees wide angle makes it look a little faster. In wide open areas it tends to look a little slower. It has to do with the fish-eye lens.

The higher up you are the slower you percieve you are travelling. Cameras higher than your head, so thats probably part of it
