how to tell if i just bought legit ecams or not?

I just micrometered the lobes on the exhaust cam I bought on here in the classifieds that I was told were e cams.I came up with .145 in.is this an e cam or s cam?

Clymer manual specs

E intake. 1.4531"-1.4551"

E exhaust 1.4520"-1.4539"

S intake 1.4342"-1.4386"

S exhaust 1.4091"-1.4110"

A,B and some times C are E cams

E IN .351 lift 227 dur EX .366 lift 243 dur

Keep in mind you can not measure lift directly from the cam. The base circile is less than 180 deg. Need to measure lift by rotating the cam on centers and using a dial gage to record lobe height.
