FCR vs. FCR-MX

Recommended Posts

Depends. There are a lot of variations. Stock 'odle style' 'E' model used the regular FCR. It is still fitted on non-US models.

Some of the FCRs will not fit the DRZ. Non-removeable carb bell, cast cable tower. Most that buy a used one end up haveing to do so much to a used carb that in the long run, it ends up being cheaper to by a new FCR-MX from Eddie or the TT store. The MX version is much easier to adjust the AP too.

Its a Sudco 016-864 , specific to the DRZ , came off a 2006 and went onto a 2003 S . It has a choke and a removable bell . Which mixture screw will work ? Edited by SUPERCHARGER
