camel back with helmet

im going to put the camelback tube through my helmet but i dont know what to do so can someone explain how to do it

Define "through"? There are a bunch of bite valves that have clips attached to them to secure the vavle close to your mouth without degrading the structure of your helmet. I simply route the hose over the shoulder under the camelbak strap and it hangs there readily accessible on my chest...simply grab it and stick it inside the chin bar.

There's a company that sells a kit to do that but if I remember correctly it was WAY expensive. Do what Jake says or if you want to get trick, take the bight valve off the hose, drill a hole big enough for the hose and a grommet in the front screen of your helmet. Put the grommet and hose thru and seal tight with RTV. You don't want the hose too short in the helmet or your chicken lips won't reach it. Don't want it too long or you'll be deep throating it like a porn star. I wouldn't do it to my helmet but you're welcome to try it on yours.

Seems like having these items hooked together would make putting it on motre complicated and harder to clean and or fill the CB.....?
