If you want to do it right, a complete teardown is called for with a complete drying of all parts. I had a bike in a basement that got flooded and then froze. The bike was there for three months. No damage. Just took a few days to take every single thing apart (that means take apart the master cyl, too for the front and back brakes as well as the entire engine and forks, pull wheel bearing ECT..) Be sure to remove the wiring harness and hang it in a hot dry place to allow water to drain and dry out.
