Which bike for new trials rider - Beta or GasGas

I'm looking for a modern trilas bike to improve my technical skills over big rocks and trees. Not so much for trials comp. I may trail ride it too some.

There are 3 for sale reasonably close to me:

2002 Beta Rev 3 270

2004 GasGas 280

2006 Beta Rev 3 270

All are around $2,500. The 02 Beta looks to be the best condition.

Mainly looking for problem bikes to avoid. Like carb issues.

$2,500 each? Heck, buy all 3! Then YOU can tell US which was the best one..

Just kidding of course, but they are all good bikes and all can have issues depending upon how the PO took care of them. I have an 04 GG 300 that has seen a lot of abuse from new riders and they have managed to break a few things but the bike is easy to work on so it's back in top shape but just doesn't look as pretty as my 07 GG Raga 300. I have no experience with Beta so I would just be guessing there. Take the one that has the best parts support or rider support in your area. That would be my best advice. ?
