If I read between the lines, I would take that review as very positive. MXA never really blushes over new bikes, but I think they are the most credible of all the mags. Of course I'm wanting to believe that this bike will be killer since I'm paying big bucks to get one. I guess that makes me one of the stupid rich guys....lol.

Yes, I'm waiting for my "Status" bike also. The MXA article seems a bit cynical , jody must have been pissed that Transworld scooped them ...

I thought the "rich guy" insinuation was off the mark; I'd love to get my hands on one of these FE bikes - please post pics and give your own reviews when you get them.

At least MXA didn't say my '12 carb'd bike was a POS...

^{The cost of triple clamps, and FI programmer make up all the difference in cost between the factory edition and the old one. Add in the sprocket, black rims (huge plus in my book), orange frame (another huge plus), graphics and the fact that you can have it 6 months earlier than a 2013 and it's a bargain actually.}

^{Heck, the production 2013 might not get the Pankel rod and crank and that is real hard to put a price on cause that's factory engine parts right there.}

I really like mxa,but at the end of their impression when they basically said,it's not a real production bike,so were not going to worry about it.Makes it seem like they are very butt hurt about something.
