what year is this kx100

i want to know what year this is?I dont know or does the person who i might buy it from.He thinks its a 125 but you can see the stickers on the swing arm thats said 100.aaa222.jpgaa422.jpg

I do not think the KX100 was imported till 95...It could be a older 92-94 KX80 big wheel.

(Editted ...NVM..I do see the 100 swingarm decals.)

List the VIN if you are able. That will tell you what it is.

i dont have the bike and i was going to buy it the guy said its a 125 and it has 100 decals on the swing arm.ive been looking at pictures of kx100 and cant tell what year?

The tenth digit tells the year.

I think it's a '95

Why? Cuz I got a 96, and it has a purple seat cover. If I remember right, the '95 had black.

still waiting for the guy to reply.I think its a 97.I was looking on the internet and the 97 have purple gas tank and purple seat.

I have a purple seat, a purple tank, purple fork guards, and purple shroud

I even put purple handlebars on it

nobody likes being beat by a purple mini-bike

The only year that had the purple tank was 96. Same for the fork guards. No doubt in my mind, this is a 96 KX100, unless the forks, tank, seat and swingarm were changed at some point.
