Best training schedule

What would be the best basic training schedule for someone whos really into mx in a week?

Would it be like 6 days a week twice a day 1 part being on the track and working on speed and technique then 1 part being gym and fitness?

I would just like to have a basic view on how training should be organized, so if anyone has any advice about training schedules post it.

Do you race on weekends? 2 days gym 2 days cardio 2 days ride. One day rest or race. On a race week go light on cardio for one of the days.
