looks pretty good!

finished my seat today and it looks great and feels fantastic. it is 2 inches wider than stock. i could not really make it any wider to fit inbetween my rack mounts.

here is a shot of what it looked like when i started

i think the solid black seat makes my blue tank pop out nicely. notice my freshsly mounted gsxr can :bonk:

Is there a reason for the grip mounted exactly where you usually sit in attack position? On first and second glipmse it looks like wrinkles. Apart from this it looks like a good job done.

the "grip" is to hide my mistake. i tried to use just one piece of vinnyl but i could not do it with the end of the seat bending upward. strecthed the holly hell out of it but still nothing. the guy at the upholstry shop said o yea one piece and it will stretch right around it. lol not when i am doing it! so there is a seam right there and i made a fake grip to hide it
