Suspension Shims

This is my first time revavling I get how everything works, but i was wondering do you think this shim stackwould be good for me.

Bike:2008 crf 250 r

Ability: upper c class

Spring Rate:shock 4.8kg Forks .42kg

Type: hard Packed

Weight:145

What Im Looking For:plush feeling, pop feeling for seat bounceing ,no wandering of the rear end, push into the turns

The fork rebound and shock compression look normal, but the others are just weird, where did these stacks come from? Are you replacing the midvalve spring? This is the main problem on the forks, the valving itself isn't that bad
