Traded my 2013, which I found a fantastic bike, in for the 2015. I've only been able to do 5 hours of riding up till now due to poor weather here in the Netherlands, but I'm a bit disappointed.
This is what I thought about my 2013:
"For me as a 210lb veteran this is the best CRF ever. Standaard it was great. Replaced the rear shock with a Reiger ICS when the OEM got mushy and slightly revalved the front forks (faster rebound) and it got even better. I can ride it long and fast, turn on a dime and flick it over the tabletops. The secret of the PSF fork is a little bit more oil, a little bit less air and 2,5 wt oil (the same Honda delivered it with!!!)."
The 2015 doesn't turn, has a harsh ride, is sometimes too aggressive and has serious flame out problems. Took the forks apart and found two huge bleed holes of 3.2mm (that's nearly 16 mm2 of free bleed) in both midvalve pistons. Closed one hole in each and reduced the preload on the midvalve stack (and use 2.5 wt oil!) and she's turning on a dime again. I'll have to wait till the tracks dry up to find out how the handling and suspension is on hard pack. Bought a pair of 2013 PSF fork legs cheap just in case I can't get these to work.
