    Another bike in my lineup is a 2008 Honda CRF250.
    This bike is all fresh ready to ride, but I can’t bring myself to ride it.  I’ve invested too much money in a worthless bike; when I saw worthless, I mean a bike that isn’t very desirable or valuable.
    Ive builtbit from the ground up and it’s only been started a couple times but never taken out on any rides.
    It will continue to sit in my garage until I can find a buyer for it or until I decide to find a CR500 to do a conversion on it.
    If interested in it message me, but before you do just note that I’m not giving it away. I’m into it $6000 and I know I won’t get that out, but somewhere close would be nice.

    My 1986 Honda CR80.
    Back when I was a kid, my cousin would ride a bike exactly like this.  We were so jealous because all we had were BMX bikes.  
    Well now I’ve got one and it’s been given a nickname, “A boys dream”.
    It was in great shape but still a basket case when I got it. 
    I have since completely built the whole bike from the ground up.  
    Im too big to really ride it now but I don’t think I’ll ever part with it due to the desire to have one for so long.
    1986 CR80 with original plastics from 1986.

    This is my 2000 Honda CR250 project build or should I say money pit.
    This poor bike came into my possession completely neglected and ready to be mourned.  I took pity on this diamond in the rough and have given it a new lease on life.
    Im nearly $8000 into this bike and it includes many new parts and lots of titanium jewelry.
    Fully Rebuilt motor from the ground up.  Freshly plated cylinder.  New excel rims and stainless spokes all wrapped around a set of Talon hubs.  Holding everything suspended is a set of 2006 CRF250 forks and rear shock (chosen because it was already set for the weight I was looking at).  New FMF Gnarly pipe, chosen because I want the power of the biketo come on early as it’s going to be a single track trail bike; if I ever ride it.  It’s got ceramic powevalve bearings because I wanted to see how they would change the opening of the power valve.  I was going to do ceramic main bearings but at $200 I couldn’t afford it when I built the motor.  
    The chassis is setup up with pivot works bearings through the whole bike.
    I opted for a rear brake pedal from hammerhead designs.  This brake pedal was for a 2004 model but I thought I’d try it and see how it fit since thy didn’t list it as fitting my 00 model.  It fits with only minor change needed.  That change was an offset clevis.
    The bike is littered with titanium.  Not everything I want to do but hey it’s expensive and I’m not a rich guy.  Some titanium parts are the rear axle, swingarm pivot bolt, caliper mounting hardware, triple clamp bolts, engine mounting bolts, kickstart bolt, rear brake piston, sprocket bolts, rear disc bolts, plastics mounting bolts, seat bolts, peg pins, peg mounting bolts.  Peg mounts are in the works and will be made of titanium with an upgraded design to use 02+ pegs.  
    TMDesigns chain sliders.  UFO plastics, 
    Dunlop MX71 tire in the rear and a Michelin Enurocross up front.  CORE aftermarket brake lines. Rebuilt calipers and master cylinders.
    New Airstryker carb and a set of VForce reeds system.
    More to come as I remember more and as I complete more, but in the meantime here is for your viewing pleasure.
