Excellent 'cause I gotta leave some room for improvement!

Built it myself from the frame up using parts from several other bikes. The listed $300 purchase price includes a new SSR/Jialing 125 engine. This is definitely a 555 bike!
I have this bike plated now. It does 55 mph on the road, while having the low-end grunt to pull my 200+ lbs up mountains and over big rocks. Does 78 mpg in a mix of road and trails; ~100 mpg just cruising backroads at 35-45 mph.
I put an XL100 19" front wheel on XR100 forks and triple. CT200 17" rear wheel with the 40/68t dual overlay sprocket. Haven't tried the low range sprocket yet.
Swingarm is from '81 XR100. Counter sprocket is 14t, and I'm running a 428h non-oring chain.
Headlight is 10W Cree LED; just got some 18W Crees that I might try. The 10W is working fine, though. Taillight is an LED trailer light. Battery is 12V/10ah. Charging is current limited to 120 ma via 50 ohm power resistor with a diode in parallel and a switch in series. Bridge rectifier across stator output. Dirt simple, no regulator necessary.
