Fast bike, but sometimes it is hard to start. A ton of fun to ride.

Long story short, i pulled this bike off the beach where it was rotting away, and made it ride-able again.

Rough When i bought it, made it run better and now the bike rips. My only complaint is how much work the bike is. It's pretty temperamental with jetting.

Lowered 1.5" and sprung for my weight. Flatlands radiator guards, Hammerhead Case Saver, Trail Tech stator, JD jetting, Twin Air filter, Trail Tech Striker, Trail Tech radiator fan, Cyclops H6 LED bulb, headlight on/off/high/low switch. Came with an Enduro Engineering skid plate and Sunline hand guards when I purchased it over the summer in 2015.

2018 450 EXC-F. This is my first brand new bike, and 2nd thumper, after an 86 XT 350. This bike is incredible and does it all. I wanted a street legal enduro bike that could take on any offroad terrain, and be able to quickly swap wheels and ride supermoto on the street and commute to work. With 2 wheel set-ups this bike plays both roles fantastically without sacrificing anything in either area to do so. The 450 is a perfect medium between the 500 and the 350, where the 500 as a supermoto may have a bit more top end power for passing and sport riding on the highway, and the 350 a little lighter and better suited for technical single track, the 450 can do both just as well by running different sprockets on each wheel set. It weighs slightly more than ideal for a true woods racing bike, but is surprisingly easy to handle for a 450. You notice the weight most when you dump it on the trail and have to pick it up. Thats also when you realize how convenient electric start is  Overall this bike is built incredibly well, is fast and fun on and off road, and if you have $12k to drop on a bike I highly recommend it. It really is 2 bikes in one with a set of supermoto wheels!!!

This is definitely very much still a project bike, especially for what I bought it for. Named her Cinderella, because she may be roached now, but with time she'll be a beauty.

Fun play bike in the dirt. Heavy and suspension is very limited but the torquey motor is forgiving and a blast for casual riding. For SuperMoto track days or mini class racing, corner speed is your friend. The rear drum brake is also limited, and will permanently discolor under heavy use because of heat buildup, but mods can be done to help cool the hub. Even with the limitations, the 230 is a lot of fun, and, on a tight trail or kart track, can be surprisingly quick.

all stock but larger back tires removal of tors upgraded reeds and removal of rear brakes with intentions of someday putting on hydraulic caliper from another bike and removed the oil injection I like mixing my fuel. pulls the front end up in first 3 gears tops out around 60 mph
if I ever get the brakes sorted I wanna make it faster thinking exhaust and getting the head rechambered my machinist says it really wakes the bike up with a performance exhaust

the second dirtbike ive owned and dang this thing is fun! its a huge bike for a little guy like me stock everything
garaged because I had an event that scared the holy ghost out of me! Started the bike after maybe a month or two of sitting.. fired right up like all bikes do.. let it warm up for about 5 minutes and went to jump on it and just before ptting it in gear the idle starts to climb fast and in a second or two the bike is revving louder then ive ever heard it rev and I hit the kill button and nothing pulled the spark plug boot entirely off the plug and nothing the thing was redlining and figured it would burn up the top end but couldn't get it to stall for like 10 minutes finally out of all things I flipped the choke and gave it full throttle and it died..
im a novice I have no idea what is up ive heard air leak hot spot on piston ive heard rings on piston letting air past ive thought maybe if my carb was out of spec maybe but everything is stock I did remove the silencer packing since it wasn't done in years and didn't repack it but I rode it that way for months no issues.. I don't touch it it scared me lol
BUT enough is enough gonna get a few more bikes running then get the old IT250 buzzing on the pipe again
