Awesome addition to my DRZ sumo. It is light weight, and looks great. Installation was easy and took all of 30 minutes. One issue I had was I had to buy a new exhaust gasket to mount it (OEM part# 14181-29E02), luckily my local bike shop had one in stock.

Great slip-on for my DRZ. When combined with my FMF Powerbomb header, it makes for a sweet full exhaust system for an affordable price. Installation took 30 minutes, and all I had to do was follow the instructions. I still have to put on the USFS spark arrestor sticker to be able to ride it on forest service roads.

This jetting kit really woke up my bike after doing the 3x3 mod on the air box lid and adding a full FMF exhaust system. The jetting guide put together by the folks on ThumperTalk made choosing the right jetting combo much easier than trial and error. I still have to tweak it to get it perfect.

Review

Super simple little screw that was easy to install when I had the carb out of the bike to do the jetting. Drilled out the brass plug with a step drill and pulled it out with a wood screw. Set it to 2.5 turns out per the ThumperTalk jetting guide and it runs just fine. I will fiddle with it some more with the jetting.

Awesome looking pieces used to replace the rubber mounts holding the bar mounts to the triple trees. Insallation took a couple of tries to get everything put together the right way, but once mounted up they are rock solid. Can't wait to hit the twisties with these to see how big of a difference they made.

Review

Literally cut a 3x3 hole in my air box cover where the stock snorkel used to be. Helps my engine breath more thoroughly now that I have a full exhaust and jetting kit. Used a box cutter and blowtorch to melt/cut the plastic. Maybe cost me 25 cents in propane for my torch.

Review

Took off the stupid smog canister on the back of my bike. Rerouted the hoses as suggested in the ThumperTalk guide and got it all put back together. I never had a problem with it when it was installed, and now I never will in the future.
