Had the forks re-valved and rebuilt (they came off a written off RMZ 250). Changes the geometry a bit, I've dropped the forks about an inch in the triple clamp but it still rakes the DR out a bit and also makes it turn a little differently. But the improved ride makes up for it.
scored the lights from a friend, spend a bit on some alloy for the brackets which I made in the garage. Probably spent around $30 on the relays, hose clamps, alloy scraps. Brighter than stock, but more importantly looks loads better
