CategoryLast UpdatedReviewGreat for climbing slick stuff!
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewAlmost as quiet as stock. Spooge factory. No loss of power compared to stock.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewAwesome for logs and rocks. If you use proper technique, you won't need this, but mortals like me get tired and make mistakes. This product allows you to glide over obstacles. It does occasionally make the stock skidplate pop off in the back when pushing the bike backwards when I get hung up.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewI have a few sets of these and love the traction and feel.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewHelps immensely with vibes.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewI can't tell for sure it does anything until I get on a bike without one. They feel twitchy as heck without it. It might have saved me a few times hitting hidden rocks. I definitely crash less.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewLike all bark busters, they took a little caressing to fit well. They stand up well to clipping trees at speed.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewI used to hate these grips when I tried them twice several years ago. I always preferred a soft full waffle, or ProTaper Rockstar (symmetrical star shapes) and then I tried some Domino Diamonte grips, which have large symmetrical diamond shapes. I liked those alot, and when I wore them out I decided to give the Pillow Tops another try, since my tastes seem to have changed. Bottom line: I love them this time around. I'll likely buy another set next time, too. Not sure what has changed for me, but they seem to offer just the right texture and compound. Bonus: they are holding up well after ~25 hrs.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewI installed these when switching from Twisted Engineering flex bars back to stock. I have major problems with vibration, and enjoyed the TE bars, but the bark busters were thrashed and I wanted to go back to aluminum bars with traditional wrap-arounds. I was dreading the vibration and decided to go all out to avoid it. I installed these inserts, Neken oversize bars, BRP rubber bar mounts, Cycra CRM bark busters, and Pillow Top grips at the same time. I also have a Scott's steering damper. Long story short, the combo worked! I can ride all day without tingling in my fingers or my grip strength getting weak for days. I also enjoy greatly reduced arm pump, just like with the Twisted Engineering bars.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewGot it for the sparky on my Husky enduro bike. Works well, great power. Only complaint is its loud compared to the stocker, similar volume to a stock MX smoker. I switched to the Q2 instead. It is my second favorite aftermarket silencer, and will retain the hit on a smoker, similar to the shorty silencers.
CategoryLast UpdatedReviewBest pegs for a 125. On a 300 or 450, probably unnecessary.
