Love the deep sound of this, it sounds like a pig should sound imo. Went on perfectly in less than 20 minutes. Stock wrapped headers.
1 inch insert, removed spark arrestor.
DG Performance 98-51002 Quiet... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071RXK7P2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Update, packing doesn't last, ended up getting a Big Gun and FMF header. I did like the bike performance of the DG.
Another great mod, easy to install.
Haven't installed yet, makes it a 670 with 10.5 to 1 compression. Normally this is around 700 but they screwed my order up twice, sent me the wrong piston and a jug with a chunk missing out of a fin. So they gave me a deep discount, I sold the hot cam stage 1 that came with because I already had 1.
Way too expensive but it looks great and it's awesome.

No more canister. Crankcase fumes going to filter side of carburetor. I now have two drop tubes to collect oil muck. One is also the airbox drain.$0.00
The price is the same as when I bought one 6 months ago but the shipping was free. After balancing and truing 5 stars, very thick spokes, had to shave one end of spoke wrench to fit. Much larger than stock.

Stock 9.3kg 180lbs or less
Added these .70kg springs and they have smoothed my ride tremendously. If you don't change the oil or valves it can be done with shocks still on the bike in 20 minutes.
Brand new, need to make sure it works.
Says conversion kit in Amazon description. That's a lie.
I made a solid bracket for the JNS light sold on Amazon. It stayed in place and wasn't going anywhere. It pushed the light out and was slightly lower than stock. This made the shroud a problem. Trimming the shroud to fit over was a big mistake. I cut the lower tits off with a hack saw so the shroud would sit lower and made these simple brackets, 2inches by 1/2inch by 1/8 inch flat aluminum for each side. The original shroud holding bolts hold one end of the bracket. It can be adjusted at an angle to get the perfect placement of a bolt for the shroud holes. It's very solid and I was easily able to adjust light to perfect beam height for me. The brackets can hardly be seen.
It was a total of 50 because I had to buy the no toil cage for it. Replaced my Uni. It allows more air into my carb yet still filters efficiently. So far really good.
