Got it ready to ride on the track, just basic maintenance and replacements of mostly OEM parts. Bike had lots of '90 CR250 plastics, including the tank, all that stuff will eventually be replaced with '97 OEM if I can find them. Removed all the old graphics, looks cleaner without them. It runs strong, but the forks need some adjusting, they bang on the rebound from sharp whoops and jumps. Probably need to go back to stock countershaft sprocket, it has a 14t now, need about 12t-13t for quicker response on the low end.
