Gas Tanks & Accessories

Had to toss the long vent hose that came shipped with the kit... I kept wondering why my bike would sometimes stall and every time I got home reeking of fuel... found out the vent hose has small pinholes in it and would spray me with fuel. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, it's only what... like $3 worth of bad hose in my kit??? not like it would break their bank sending me some new hose that didn't spray their customer with fuel... but nope, that was "on me" to fix...

Air Filters

Looks great when dressed with K&N Red Oil :)
Only thing I don't really like is it doesn't have the fancy sealing surface like they make on filters for other motorcycles. Really great price, I only paid $56 for 2 filters shipped to my house, they flow more air and trap dirt better than K&N Filters.

Custom

Denso 5730 Racing Spark Plug is great! Getting 43 to 55+ mpg so far and I have been going the 65 - 80 mph posted speed limits with knobby dirt tires too.
Acceleration is great, fuel economy is excellent too. Only advise is to do a Carburetor Mod to add more Fuel, I chose the "Eagle Mike" KLX Needle and Jet Kit to help with that.

Hydraulic Clutches

Magura part number 0120687-20 fit my 1999 Kawasaki KLR 650 perfectly. Just make sure you grab the heat shield off your old clutch cable to install on the hydraulic hose that sits under the Exhaust.

110 miles of using it and it's like I'm dreaming, I can't feel my clutch pull but it shifts and pulls sooo darn smooth... please don't anyone wake me up :)
