Made a controller for dual headlights that bypasses tiny bar switches, using HI/LOW switch only for switching between HI/LOW relays.

Stage 1 cams. Not for every owner, very expensive, but did wonders for torque throughout the RPM range. Just need to shim the needles and all is done.

Plug -n- play LED bulbs are easy to use as all they require is the addition of an electronic flasher, also from SBLEDs.<br />Most UJMs require a diode mod between the L & R turn signal circuits to prevent current feeding from one to the other. All lights, save the H4s up front, are LED. This increases current overhead for electronics, heated gear, etc.

I had to do this mod for the sake of the 10A headlight circuit, as the dual H4s draw too much current for the meager 10A fuse. This same 10A circuit now powers and protects the relays that control the dual headlights, well within the capability of the 10A fuse.
A small circuit board with two miniature 10A DPDT relays from Radio Shack, one for ea. headlight, to switch between low and high beams. One 30A SPST relay powered by IGN circuit through the SPDT start button so that the headlight circuit is de-energized on engine start as it is from the factory. The HI/LOW switch still chooses the HI and LOW beams by controlling the mini relays.
