    Best supermoto conversion

Im in the same boat as you, i have a drz, which is a great bike but it is a "dog". I think the cost of a drz big-gore etc, to get hp close to the xr would be really pricy. Read up about it in the drz forums there is tons of info there. But coming from my experience you sound just like me now. If you want a drz sm-dirt setup i got one in NE , on thing thats sucks is the seller market right now (if your just buying your golden). Plus i live in NY and scepticle about getting a xr plated. If your from a state where its not to hard, i say go for the xr fo-sho. drz same weight 32 uncorked.... vs 50....

    Elevation change: need jetting help

thanks air mixture was almost all the way in
  3. Came from NY at sea level to NE at 3500-4500. Shes a 2003 with 3x3 and Full yoshi rs3 (stock carby). I changed it once which made it better but still seems sluggish. Currently has JD jetting 155main, 25 pilot, red needle at clip 3 from top. I would have tuned it myself but i live in a apartment and its a pain in the bum to work on stuff in windy-dusty parking lots. was really fat before. I guess i will have to check what my air mixture screws at (didnt adjust that). Thanks!

    Ice riding

I am looking at a set of AMA length screws for ice riding. Do you think they will be good? The rear is Fredette. Someone i spoke to said AMA ones aren't as good due to short screws. Should i still buy them? I was scared of shelling out 300$

    NO spark!

yea, they were chopped off on the last stator, I read alot of information that varied, I got a ohm reading of 140ish between blue and ground. And all other wires had continuity to ground execpt blue/white and black/red.

    NO spark!

The stator from ebay was pooo, it didnt come with a stator plate and the holes for the magnet didn't line up. I hacked the old one off and made the magnet thing work. Still doesn't start. I found online how to check the coil, which is FINE. So its either the stator or black box. Does anyone know the correct way to check the stator on my pit bike. There are 5 wires, blue/white, green, black/red, white, yellow. Or at least a baseline ohm reading? or continuity test.

killswitch was checked for continuity, wiring was all fine, i ordered one from ebaay see how it works then go from there.

    NO spark!

I have been messing around with this thing (ssr 125) for two days it will occasionally get spark, but not consistently. I have checked all wiring which seems pretty good. Any ideas would be appreciated, looking to sell it soon!

    Friends school project-starring drz

yea usually i wear a pressure suite, our original plan was to explain how to make a potatoe cannon but he liked the wheelie idea better. I try and keep my wheelies are a little slower than crotch rockets, kinda hard when i lack 90 hp's. 50-60 i drop it.
  12. I thought it was good. Most young people won't know the song at the end, but i used to love to watch the A-team.
