    PMB Performance Insert

It doesn't come with a spark arrestor, just the insert. I measured the inside of the muffler and it should work.

    PMB Performance Insert

I searched this forum but couldn't find a definitive answer to... Will the factory spark arrestor in my factory muffler, 2008 WR450F, work with the Pro Moto Billet performance insert(PMB-01-5501)?

    Raptor Intake

Nice. We went to Glamis dunes for New Years to try out the new mods. I was loading up the toys and while I was double checking the lil' woman's Rappy 350, I barely pressed on the filter and broke the plastic adaptor in half. Never even got to ride with it on, not once. I had to re-install the factory air filter and dril 1" holes in the lid, sucks. When we returned from our trip I ordered two billet aluminum adaptors, one for her's that broke and one for my Rappy 700 so I don't have to go through that. I contacted the eBay seller and told him what happened, he refunded all my money back and said I didn't have to return anything, thanks. Not saying it will happen to you, but just a heads up.

Raptor 350 Jet Kit? What jet sizes???

I just picked up a cherry '06 350 for my wife. I wanted to wake up the slug, so I went with a Dynojet kit. I removed the baffle from the factory pipe and put in a pretty cool spark arrestor replacement. Also put in a K&N filter, outerwear, and removed the lid. BIG difference, I have all the info if you're interested. I have a BRAND NEW K&N filter and Outerwears pre-filter for sale for $60 shipped.

    Raptor Intake

Instead of spending $120-145 for a Pro Design K&N Air Filter Kit, for your Raptor 700, save a few bucks and piece it. I did and it cost about $65(plus some shipping), saving at least $45. K&N filter was $32, adaptor was $16, & Outerwears was $17. Here's how... 1). Filter http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/details/QQUnivQQK-and-NQQAir_FilterQQK33RU3130.html 2). Outerwears http://www.outerwearsracing.com/proddetail.asp?prod=2065 3). Adaptor http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-RAPTOR-700-INTAKE-AIR-FILTER-ADAPTOR_W0QQitemZ350121488377QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotorcycles_Parts_Accessories?hash=item350121488377&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A727%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318 I received all the parts and they fit perfect. I have the info for Raptor 350 also. Hope this helps you in our struggling economy.

    Warrior 350 Upgrades

So I did the previous mods(removed the snorkle, drilled holes in the air box, and rejetted. I went up two sizes on the main(150) and one on the pilot(45), had valves adjusted, installed a slip-on, w/ sparky, installed different rear tires, from 22" balloons, to 20" flat tread.) Since then, changed out the suspension by putting on a 2001 Raptor 660 rear shock and 2001 Banshee front shocks. Threw on a full skid plate and graphics kit. She rides better and has a little more bottom end.

    Suspension upgrades

I installed fronts from a 2002 Banshee, same length but stiffer springs. I also installed a rear from 2001 Raptor 660, which is different from all the other years of 660's. It rides and handles much better now.

    Warrior 350 Upgrades

I opened up the air box, rejetted the main to a 150 and 45 on the pilot. It runs much stronger now. I had the valves adjusted, bought exhaust(slip-on w/ sparky) and 20" tires today. Will install them this weekend. Also picked up front shocks off a Banshee, sholud help. Will report later.

    Yamaha Suspension upgrades

Looking to upgrade the suspension on my girlfriend's 350 Warrior with a limited budget. I was told...... "The rear shock on the warrior is pretty good, but you can always swap it out with either a banshee shock (You'll need to modify your airbox to do that.) or an '01 raptor shock (has to be 2001, no other year works). Did the 'o1 raptorshock on my warrior and made a huge difference. Front shocks on the warrior are POS's, but can easily be remedied by swapping them with banshee shocks." Has anyone else done these things or something similar? If so, what years fit?

    Warrior 350 Upgrades

Anyone else do any of this?
  13. I put on SKIN Industries graphics, bought a kit that was for an '05 YZ450F. The kit fits fine, even with my larger tank.

Raising the bar height for standing position

I installed 1.5" risers and Fastway pegs, in the lowered position, and it positioned my body better. I'm 6', 200lbs, and now I don't have to bend over as much.

    Pivot Pegs

I have the Fastway F3's and love them. I used them in lower position and feels good.
