  1. A quick fix would be to install an LED bulb in the taillight. It should reduce the dimming, but won't eliminate it. The electical system needs to be changed out so the lights run on DC. They will be brighter and the battery can help during stop or turn signal action. Oh, be sure to mod the stator to full DC. Only costs about $40 and www.trailtech.net has the instructions and the new rectifier
