  1. With rough translation-I can't really tell what he's doing maybe you guys can decide if he's on the right track pic1 The tensioner is so yours. To remove you first need to delete the 5 MM ALLEN RL in the middle with 0-ring. You have finished a small and thin flat screwdriver in the hole and turn to clockwise. Need to lock. But there was a loss thread for the 2 mm screw that holds on the engine because the spring pressure is strong. pic2 Shaking, this is necessary. 12 mm socket to help you later, and the a screwdriver and a small lock. I just made it. My suitcase is key to me and cut down to the lock ring. pic3 You need to lift up the c-lock or also lock. Be careful it might be thrown and lost. pic4 When the lock has been deleted, rotate counter clockwise it to be removed pic5 When you remove the plastic guide and the washer under him, you can see the spring. Notice it almost glued to the wall wall. He's still loose pic6 Come back to the metal washer inside. Use the 12 mm socket and enter within the spring iniipit. On the opposite side, plug the modified key or what else, and screwed clockwise. Don't overdo it pic7 If you move it, the key will be lock in the gatla and when you look at the inside of the tensioner, it is a little tight in the spring pic 8 That is the appearance when it is lock to not the spring. Don't mind the key until you go to the bike. pic 9 Bring back the washer, Plastic Guide, and the metal lock of tensioner while flex clockwise until coming soon to end. Also bring back the c-lock or ring.

    EJK okay with 2017?

Probably didn't have anything to do with which EJK was on his bike
  3. What the heck were those gaskets going to be for?

    Proper break in

20yrs ago when I was a test driver for GM, part of the new car instructions for us was to take it up to 85 mph or so then coast down under compression load repeatedly

    Proper break in

I read where some guys here are using synthetic oil for break in which seems to be a no-no in the rest of the motorized world. Dino oil as they call it with no additives is preferred. That and cycling the engine under load both as you accelerate and decel down from high revs (not too high) in gear. So far I've just spend my time on the new bike cycling it

    The CRF305L owners thread

Well I just found this from Positron, probably with 305 EJK instaalled. The motor has been ridden to complete failure 13212km. I would suggest people replace the piston after every 6000 miles just to be on the safe side.

    The CRF305L owners thread

Your post gave me the info I was looking for. I'm an American in the Philippines with a 3 week old 2017 250l. I'dveordered an EJK, then I see that there's a 306 version or reflash version but from how well you say your bike is running with 305/orig EJK it sounds like I'd be fine with the original EJK Not good eh? Last I read he'd hooked up the 305 version and said it less mileage-which wouldn't have him go back to the 250 EJK
  8. Will they ship it overseas when done?

    EJK okay with 2017?

The first post in the 305 was from Positron007 and he said his 305 ran very good with the unflashed EJK.

    EJK settings

You're going to need an exhaust bung to mount your AFR+ onto the pipe. I'm going to do that with my NGK AFX A/F meter Ian what part of the Philippines are you in?

    EJK okay with 2017?

Once I add the 305 can I even ride the bike w/o a reflash? Seems from what milkyhead said the EJK still adds fuel if needed etc I'm overseas and a reflash would be complicated

I'm sending BB the money for mine today I'll also be adding an O2 sensor bung to the header so I can check actual a/f ratios.
