    Wrist pin wear. Too much?

Hi First clean the connecting rod with scotch brite , then measure it and you will know what is the condition. In many cases just pin surface is damaged and what you see on the conrod bearing this is material from the pin.
  2. I use 97/92 I'll find the part number. I was in Romania 3 weeks ago and this setup was perfect for hard conditions and ~15 deg C outside. I'll cheek next week how it it's in 25.

  6. I would not agree totaly. The engine is diferent but is the exhoust geometry different?
  7. Hi I have my FMF 4.1 mega bomb mid pipe bent and I found FMF power bomb pipe on auction but it comes from 2008 sx 450. Anybody knows if it will fit ?
  8. Nice. If your going to sell it remember about creepage distances according to LVD directive. Are you going to use TE LEV relays or some semiconductor solutions ?
  9. Crf2r what system voltage are you going to use? 18650 cells or pouch cells ? On board or outside charger ?
  10. Hi I've developed Ktm pack and I know how much batteries weight and how they develop. It's possible to make maybe 5kwh but try to do LVD certificate then and pass automotive certification and do it cheap to be competitive in mass production
  11. Hi I have a freshly rebuilt 09 EU EXC 400. I have small idling issues and I think it runs lean. I have fmf 4.1 mega bomb exhaust. Could you advice nice jetting for that bike ? I ride only 300-1000m over sea level and at 15-25 deg.C. I use 95-100 octan fuel - depends on gas station I visit.
  12. Hi This month I'm going to Romania for enduro riding. Can you advice clickers setup of standard ktm EU suspension and 75kg experienced rider? I've done a lot of mud and sand in past but no rocky mountains.
  13. Alta is saying different stories. They said that battery is 5.2kWh. I know the technology level very well and I'm sure that such battery is not possible in this size and weight to enter mass production and be safe. Most what is possible now in safe way is 3,5kWh.
  14. Now Brammo is in vary bad financial situation and Polaris bought them.
