Anyone have a digitized 250X manual?

Here is a link to the owners manual. Like mentioned above it covers quite a bit. http://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/assets/OWNERLINK/model/own_man/powersports/2005/2005_CRF250X.pdf If you want other years just change the year. I think you can get from 2005-2007. If you still need more, just buy one for about $20 off of ebay. That is what I did.

Power tips for exhaust is the way to go

I got mine at Pit King for $20. http://pitking.com/heretic/pit_king/pt/517.html They show it in blue, which I tried to get, but it only comes in polished aluminum.

04' 250x - oil dripping from front fork

If you find out you need to replace the seals and want to do it yourself, here is some good instructions: http://www.crfsonly.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11588&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&sid=3b9e7b0571215ae5fed77a9293c10b50 If you don't want to do it yourself, shop around. The dealer is going to be the most expensive. I found a local suspension shop that rebuilt the forks with new seals and oil for $100. They also did the rear shock with new seals, oil and nitrogen for $100. If you wanted different springs it was $100 more for each end.

Need help - Cycra Probend mounting

How much clearance do you have between the mounts and the forks? Have you tried a 90 degree or a flexible shaft screw driver? Maybe fab something. It doesn't take much to turn the adjusters. That might be a simple easy fix. Maybe something like these: http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/productDetail.do?navType=type&webTypeId=140&navTitle=Tools%2FShop&webCatId=22&keyword=IDLE+SCREW&prodFamilyId=4395 http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/productDetail.do?navType=type&webTypeId=140&navTitle=Tools%2FShop&webCatId=22&keyword=IDLE+SCREW&prodFamilyId=21262 http://www.harborfreight.com/8-piece-right-angle-screwdriver-92630.html http://www.harborfreight.com/33-piece-precision-screwdriver-set-93916.html

Need help - Cycra Probend mounting

I just looked up the Cycra CRM mounts and they are not the standard guards. I have no idea whether they would work with the triple clamp mounts. Cycra would probably be the only ones that would know.

Need help - Cycra Probend mounting

I used the triple clamp mounts. They should work fine with the standard hand guards. I did have to do some modifications to get them to fit right. The triple clamp mounts are not that strong so I made a brace to strengthen them. You can get to the compression screws and bleeders for the forks. I have pictures you can look at to see what I did. http://www.flickr.com/photos/11979682@N02/sets/72157603959738870/

Wiring Trailtech vapor indicator dashboard to crf250x

Australia bikes are different that US versions. Ours are not street legal and don't have brake lights or signals. That makes the wire harnesses different. Someone from Australia will need to answer or you would need to contact Trailtech with specific questions.

    Counter Shaft Sprocket

What exactly are you trying to do? Custom make a sprocket? I think the reason there is no 15t is because the chain would rub on the case. If you want to gear it up more, wouldn't you just use a smaller rear sprocket.

    300ex free manual???

Do you mean the owners manual or a shop manual? You didn't say what year? Shop manuals are cheapest on ebay. Here is a link to the owners manual which is pretty good. You can change the years in the link to get other years. You can change the model to get to other models. http://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/assets/OWNERLINK/model/own_man/powersports/2007/2007_TRX300EX.pdf

Hopefully that is all you need. You didn't say what year you had. If you play with the first link you can get other Honda manuals. Like I was able to download one for my TRX250EX four wheeler. Just change the year and the model and see if it works. The best place for getting a shop manual is on ebay. I got a real Honda one for $20.

TT-R125L Fork oil weight & volume

Sorry, trying to go on memory which isn't as good as it used to be. I looked up an old post of mine: http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=768277&highlight= It was 20w in the 02 and 15w in the 03. It must have been the xr100 that I ended up with 30w in. Those forks are even worse than the ttr's!
