    Motion Pro Trail Tool

Thank you all for the information, I have ground down the damaged end, just means that I have to use different sockets but at least it is usable. I would just like to get it back to "Maker's Specs" - I was an engineer before retirement and just like to have my tools in good order. Again, many thanks for the help

    Motion Pro Trail Tool

Thanks Folks, all I need now is an email address for Motion Pro if anyone can help- looking at where it broke I would put it down to poor heat treatment - as for getting anything in The Gambia , it would be easier living on the dark side of the moon

    Leatt 3DF Body Protector

At about this time last year i decided it would be a good idea to get some decent body protection so did a fair amount of research and decided on the Leatt. I wrote a very favorable review after using it for a time - it was good and instilled confidence should I take a fall. A few months later the seam started opening up - contacted the seller who suggested either send it back or do a repair as that would be the most likely outcome if it was sent to Leatt, Repaired it and all OK. A little while down the road and the zip started playing up but fixed it and it seemed to e OK - then the inevitable happened and it broke completely. Once again contacted the seller and they said send photos - which I did - and they contacted Leatt. Now this is where the brilliant customer care service of Leatt excelled - if I buy another one they will reduce the price by 50% but it can only be delivered in the UK - I live in The Gambia and getting it here will cost as much again. I simply asked that they send me an outer garment as I already have all the packing - they cannot (or will not) do that so I am left with a crap garment that is not fit for purpose. i do not expect a garment to fail a few days after one years use. I am actually prepared to pay for the outer garment and can get that back here reasonably cheaply as it will fit in a large envelope. So if you are considering buying a Leatt 3DF body Protector - think again , their customer care is crap.

  14. As usual will make a few ripples in this pond..... you do a botch job, it goes wrong and you do more damage. If a jobs worth doing it's worth doing correctly - split the case, new shaft and use a 650r sprocket......
  15. LibertyK9 - no need to be sorry and very pleased it is now sorted ..... now get out, ride and enjoy
